This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of service bookings made through the Doorush mobile application and website (the "Platform"), operated by Holbewoner Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is a legally binding document and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Platform.
By using the Platform and confirming a service booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
1.1 This Policy applies to all confirmed bookings for on-demand services including, but not limited to, home cleaning, dishwashing, cooking assistance, laundry, and household support made through the Platform.
1.2 This Policy applies to all users ("you," "Customer") who initiate or confirm bookings using the Platform.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at its discretion. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.0 Once a service provider has been assigned to your booking, cancellation via the app may no longer be available. In such cases, if you wish to cancel your booking, you must contact Doorush Support immediately via the in-app support option, email, or phone. Cancellations at this stage may be subject to full or partial cancellation fees, depending on the provider’s travel or arrival status. 2.1 You may cancel or reschedule any confirmed booking at least 30 minutes beforethe scheduled service time (the "No-Cost Cancellation Window"). Cancellations or changes made within this period will not incur any fees.
2.2 If you cancel or reschedule a service less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time, you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to up to 100% of the booking fee, at the sole discretion of the Company.
2.3 In the event of a cash booking (i.e., payment on service completion) and you cancel the booking post service partner arrival or after the No-Cost Cancellation Window, you will be charged 100% of the service fee with your next booking.
3.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings under the following circumstances:
Invalid or incomplete service address.
Suspected fraudulent or competitor bookings.
Customer unresponsive for more than 15 minutes post scheduled service time.
Emergency events, supply limitations, or unavailability of service providers.
3.2 For cancellations under 3.1(a) to 3.1(c), a 100% cancellation fee may be applied.
3.3 For cancellations under 3.1(d), the Company may at its discretion offer:
A refund to the source account or Doorush Wallet; or
A rescheduled booking at no extra cost (subject to availability).
4.1 You may request rescheduling of a confirmed booking within the No-Cost Cancellation Window without any penalty.
4.2 Rescheduling requests made after the No-Cost Cancellation Window will be treated as a cancellation and may attract applicable cancellation charges.
5.1 Cancellation or rescheduling must be completed via the Doorush app or website. Verbal or third-party communications will not be considered valid.
5.2 A cancellation confirmation notification will be sent via email, SMS, or in-app notification. Retain this for your records.

6.2 Our support team will investigate the case and respond within 3 business days. The Company’s decision on cancellation-related disputes will be final.
7.1 This Cancellation Policy is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
7.2 This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
By proceeding with a service booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
